At Benni, we believe employee benefits should be simple, modern, and accessible to businesses of every size. For too long, small and midsized employers have been left behind—forced to choose between expensive, one-size-fits-all group plans or no real benefits at all. That gap in the market inspired me to create Benni.
Why I Started Benni
My professional journey has always been rooted in technology, innovation, and business transformation. I’ve led companies through large-scale digital transformations, building smarter systems that cut costs and streamlined operations. I’ve managed international business across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, and I am also a patent holder in connected smart-home technology.

Through these experiences, I saw firsthand how technology can simplify complexity and open new opportunities. At the same time, I also saw how outdated the benefits world had become. Employers were drowning in paperwork, employees didn’t value or understand their benefits, and brokers were stuck with legacy systems that weren’t designed for a modern, mobile workforce. It was clear there was a massive gap in the market: small and midsized employers needed a way to streamline benefits administration, cut costs, and offer benefits that actually retain employees—while giving them access to the same discounted rates typically reserved for multinational corporations or large government agencies. That’s why I started Benni.
Our Approach
At Benni, we start with the foundation: We qualify small and medium businesses for free HR and benefits administration software that is simple, compliant, and easy to use. Our approach eliminates manual processes and puts all benefits and employee records in one place. From there, we layer in custom health strategies, voluntary and specialty benefits, and retention-focused solutions that fit the unique needs of each employer.
We don’t just install software we take a consultative, white-glove approach. Our team meets with employees one-on-one, educates them through group sessions, and ensures they understand and appreciate the benefits offered. This combination of modern technology and personalized support helps employers get maximum value while making employees feel cared for and engaged.
